The stay is always excellent, Mr.Chetan n his team are always welcoming. Always suggest this place to my colleagues n family. Kudos to Chetan for always doing a great job n providing excellent services. Will visit again next month for ab official visit just because of the services.

Don’t want to sound very cynical but I would like people to know how their management has been duping its prospective clients. 1. Listed on all OTA platforms as 5 star but they aren’t and have not bothered updating it and claim the OTA platforms have listed them as such basis their feedback/ services. However, the sales incharge clearly told us it’s the hotel management which lists it as 5 star on OTAs ( makemytrip/ Agoda). 2. The property on visiting it, is nothing short of a 2 star property and a cover job done everywhere. - The carpets in the lobby smell and are dirty. - the interiors and upholstery are very old, crumbling and not maintained at all. 3. The booking rates are equivalent to that of a 4 star ( in the same locality) and no cancellations are allowed even if when requested a month before; clearly because they don’t want to let go of any bookings they get. 4. The food from the a-la-carte menu was good and the breakfast buffet was also tasty but the cutlery and presentation very old and questionable. 5. Heavily chlorinated water provided in the rooms. When highlighted we were given bottled water. The only saving grace were the courteous staff who were even receptive to our issues were Chef Aziz and Mr Gobind. 👍 Rest were just mute spectators and a special mention about Mr Chethan who treats his management as BIG BROTHER to who he has no access to and only converses to them mail. So though he is the property incharge he has no authority whatsoever to client concerns or even take it beyond !! 👎

Had an excellent stay at the hotel , all the facilities are top notch, especially chef Aziz takes care with his lovely cuisines every day. Overall a very good place to stay if you are on official trips. buffet menu is awesome with lots of varieties.
